Dakota Blue Richards

Dakota Blue Richards is an English actress best known for her portrayal of Lyra Belacqua in the movie "The Golden Compass" and Franky Fitzgerald in the third generation cast of British teenager drama 'Skins'. Also, she's been active on stage, performing in productions of plays like 'Arcadia' and 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. She is a London born, Richards grew up in Sussex. She took some drama lessons at school, however the majority of acting classes were on Saturdays. She also skipped school for auditions. The film was her debut an actor.
